The Countdown Continues...Only 4 Days

Today we love Posable Action Figures
left to right: Boba Fett, IG-88, Imperial Spy, At-At trooper, 501st Clone Trooper, Clone Wars Anakin, Bossk, Han Solo

Posable Action figures are something that have been around since the very first Star Wars movie was released back in the 70's.   So there are a ton of posable action figures out there.  Some are very old and collectable and some are very new and massed produced.  There are also different series and editions to collect.  We aren't yet super into this type of action figure partly because they do come with lots of little parts and guns and pieces, and it can be tricky (ie-frustrating) to get them to hold their accessories and to stand up, they are a little bit of a bigger boy toy I think.

Again we have benefited from Daddy and Uncle Jasons childhood toys and got several from the farm.  Then we have picked up a few of Rexies favorite guys here and there but we really only have about 8-10 of them total.  Rex has a special interest in the bounty hunters.  So he has wanted to get a figure of each of the bounty hunters so they can all play together.  We got Boba Fett from the farm, I found IG-88 and Bossk by surprise at Kohl's one day, Rex was really excited when we stopped in Metropolis, IL on our way home from vacation last year at the Superman statue and museum and in the gift shop he found an old Imperial Spy figurine.  We were still needing a couple more and just last month Mom and I were at the Flea Market and we found 4-Lom at a used Star Wars toy booth.  He was only a couple bucks so we picked him up for Rex's Stocking.  Its kinda fun to find them a collect them.
