With 12 Days left till The Force Awakens Premiere today we gotta go back to where it all started for Rex. STAR WARS ANGRY BIRDS.

It all started when I downloaded this free little app called Star Wars Angry Birds. Rex loved to play it any chance he got. Then we found out they made figures and started picking picking up the blind bags occasionally at the store and started trying to get one of each of them. When Rex was 3 he pretty much always was carrying 2 of them around one in each hand everywhere went. If he lost one it was a major crisis until we found it. (they are tiny and got lost a lot!) They were very nice at restaurants and stores because they were small and kept him entertained. He learned all the character names quickly and we read many little angry bird books from the library that introduced him to the Star Wars world.
Then a marketing genius at Angry Birds made Telepods. Where the little Angry Bird figures have a QR code on the bottom and can be teleported into the game. For Christmas Rex got the big AT-AT set and we have continued to add to our collection anytime we see a deal. They aren't really for sale anymore or making new sets so we treasure the ones we have even more.
