As promised I'm back with More recipe review. This time I am reviewing meals from 3 different workshops so I will try to remember to say what workshop each meal is from. I made all 10 meals from the "Get Your Grill On Workshop", 8 meals from both the "Everyday Meals" and "Healthy Comfort Foods" Workshops. (I pretty much made freezer meals for 3 days straight, and I loved it!) I definitely wont review them all on this 1 post, I will do about 10 and then start a new post so they don't get to long. I hope you are enjoying seeing all the variety and different meals we are eating with my Awesome Wildtree products and recipes. (We sure are enjoying eating them).
Let's review what the Stars mean: I'm rating it on a 4 (technically 5) star rating system. 1-yuck never again. 2-OK but probably wont make again, 3-above average good eats, 4-delicious we all loved it and will definitely make again. And a 5 Star rating to ones that we just Loved and are new family favorites. Please leave a comment and let me know what sounded good.

| Shredded Chicken Burritos: 3 Stars (this is actually a lost and now found, and now eaten meal from the Crockpot Creations workshop). These were pretty good, both boys ate them and they even had zucchini and red peppers snuck into them. I guess I'm not a huge burrito person but as far a burritos go they were good. |
 |
| Lemon Rosemary Pork Tenderloin: 4 Stars These were our first meal to eat from the "Everyday Meals" Workshop. They were really good, juicy, flavorful. tender. (I also made the herb roasted potatoes as a side, which were pretty good). All 4 of us liked this meal. I would definitely make it again, next time I get some more Lemon Rosemary seasoning from Wildtree that is. |

| Rodeo Blue Cheese Burgers: 4.5 Stars Our first meal from the "Get Your Grill On" Workshop. If Every meal is as good as this one we are in for a treat! We all really enjoyed these burgers. They had lots of flavor (the funny thing was you couldn't really tell they had any Blue Cheese in them, I guess it just kinda mixed up with everything else). When you assembled the Burgers at the workshop you also did a separate bag that was sliced onions, then you just grilled them with the burgers. (you can see we made a little tin foil tray for them on the grill) They were SO GOOD!! I think I will start adding marinated Grilled onions to all the burgers we make. Also I will just mention you can kinda see some mac-n-cheese in the background. That is made with Wildtree's Kids Cheeze Blend. It is really easy and good. The boys get excited now when I say we are having Wildtree Macaroni. |

| Chilaquiles: 2.5 Stars This was the 1st of 3 possible meals we've tried with the new Queso Skillet Meal. All meals can be made it 30 minutes or less. Only Will and I had this and we both thought it was a good, easy chip dip but nothing amazing. The instructions called for me to put the chips in the skillet at the end and let the cheese melt on top. If I make this again, which I'm not sure if I will I would just keep the chips out and use them to dip the skillet meal, we had left overs and the chips were complete mush that I had to fish out. |
 |
| Italian Medallions: 4.5 Stars This recipe comes from the Healthy Comfort Foods Workshop. These were easy, flavorful, juicy and delicious. We all really enjoyed them. I will definitely make them again. |
 |
| Honey Balsamic Chicken Drumsticks: 4 Stars (From Healthy Comfort Food)This were really good and everyone enjoyed them, especially the boys they were so excited to be eating chicken legs and wanted to eat it all so they "could see the bones!" If I had it to do again I would have put more in the bag, (as you can see there weren't very many) they were kinda large so they met the weight but there was a ton of marinade left and we would have liked more to eat. I have never cooked Chicken legs at home so I have accomplished another first! |
 |
| Agave BBQ County Ribs: 3 Star (From Get Your Grill On Workshop) These were pretty good, the rib meat wasn't as tender and juicy as some of the other rib recipes we've tried. So yea they were good, not great but good. |

 |
| Asian Ginger Chicken Skewers: 3 Stars (From the Get Your Grill On Workshop) These were skewered with Chicken, peppers, onions, and mushrooms and marinated in the Asian Ginger dressing I have loved in the past. The recipe called for Red Pepper Flakes, which I usually wouldn't use in a recipe because the only person who likes hot in our family is Will. But it didn't seem like a lot compared to the other quantities I was putting in so I went ahead and added them. They did add quite a bit of the heat and made both of the boys scream while eating them. I found if I cut all the outer chicken away they inside bites they were able to eat and not be too hot. Will wasn't wowed by them, even with the bit of a kick. He didn't really like the mushrooms, which also surprised me because he is also the mushroom guy in the family. (ya think you know a guy!) I enjoyed it all quite a bit and thought it was fresh new flavors and it all worked well together. But considering the rest of the families reviews I probably wont make the again. There are quite a bit of left over I'll get to enjoy anyway. |
Crockpot Chicken Quesadillas: 4 stars (From EveryDay Meals Workshop) Totally forgot to take a picture of these, then I totally forgot to take a picture of these when we ate them as left overs! I just dumped the Quesadilla mixture in the crockpot and let it cook all afternoon then I got out my quesadilla maker and whipped them up for dinner.(or you can do it on a pan over the stove) My only complaint is that they were really liquidy and they made a mess of the quesadilla maker even after I tried to drain them. We all liked them, and Will and I ate them left over as a nacho dip and really enjoyed them that way too. I will probably make these again in the future, maybe then I will remember to take a picture.

Easy Skillet Jambalaya: 3.5 Stars (From Everyday Meals Workshop) This is one is definitely out of our comfort zone, I have rarely ever eaten Cajun food and definitely never cooked it. Will and I even went on a special grocery store mission one day when he was off to find the andouille sausage it called for. When I menu planned this I planned chicken nuggets for the boys and thought I might make a few extras just in case for us. With little to no expectations for this meal it pleasantly surprised me! It was really pretty good. Not Spicy either, like I had been expecting, if anything maybe it needed a bit more spice. Will enjoyed it too. It made a lot, and we have a lot of left overs! Corn Bread was a perfect side dish. Another Wildtree Win!
Well that will wrap up the meals for this review. So far we've covered 3 from the Everyday Meals Workshop, 3 from Get Your Grill on, and 2 from Comfort Foods, (and a several from misc places). So there are still lots more reviews to come. What was your favorite out of these 10 meals? What was your least. Let me know! I love you comments. thanks (Im trying to work on my food photography do you think I'm getting any better? do I make it look tasty?)
