As Mom and I were looking at our calendars talking about all the things going on in the months ahead, we kept saying, "ok you'll come over here that Saturday,"and "Yes we will come to Greenville this Saturday..." and all of a sudden I realized we were going to be spending a lot of Saturdays in a row together in one way or another. So we decided to take a selfie every week to commemorate our time together.
Week 1: Mom and Dad came over to help us Celebrate Grants 4th Birthday
Week 2: Mom came over late (on her Birthday no less) and spent the night so Will and I could get up early and go run the Go! STL 7K in St. Louis
Week 3: Mom spent the night and made up about 75 egg rolls for my annual MOPs Egg Roll party
Week 4: The boys and I went to Greenville (Durley Camp actually the FM Church camp out on the lake in Greenville) to help Grandma and Papa dust all the cob webs off the trailer and get it ready for camping season. The boys both took a turn sleeping at the camper one night while the other boy and I stayed in town.
Week 6: We got together to Celebrate Dads Birthday on the 6th and mine on the 8th. and all went out to Red Lobster...opps for got to take a selfie!
Week 7: Mom came over to Rex's "First Word Celebration" at Church. (kinda like Kindergarten Graduation at Church) He's moving out of the "little kid area now and on to the "big kid" area.
Week 8: Mom came to watch the boys over night so Will and I could get away to a Rowland Siblings weekend in Kansas City!-opps forgot to take a picture again. and to be fair I really only saw her to give you instructions then left for a day and a half and only saw her to get the weekend run down and thank her and send her home.
Thanks Mom for spending so many Saturdays with me in a row, it was fun!
