May 2021

Yay! Hurray! Once again!  It's time for my favorite month of the year!

We've been enjoying our new firepit on several occasions this month.

Aunt Amy gifted the boys a Kiwi Crate subscription back at Christmas....each month they got a different super cool thing to build and play with.  They have been a huge hit month after month!

Rex got to do Mentos in a Diet Coke on science day at outdoor coop

Clip and Climb is back open!  We are so glad!

The boys took me out for Breakfast on my birthday!!

I love being their mom!

Jason and Pam and Joseph came to visit!!
The boys are such good buddies we had a fun weekend!!!

Grant and Joseph got creative working on donut shapes.
They may go into business it will be called "G and J Creations"

We went and checked out the SkyTram in Alton, IL

Some of us (brave ones) took the sky lift chairs back down (instead of the tram cars)

Grant and I in the front and Pam and Rex in the back

Jason, Pam, and Grant all doing Clip and Climb

Yay! It's summer!!!  We finished up out school year and are ready to just chill for a bit!!  Our first official year of homeschooling is over.  We all learned a lot over the year and are planning to continue next year.

We were lucky enough to score some tickets to the Cardinals Baseball game (free from the PD)

It was the boys 1st game and the first game for Will and I in about 9 years.
It was a really fun evening.  And the Cards won!

It was free hat night....

Grant came for the peanuts and cracker jacks

the Cards won!

Rex is glad to have a steady summer income again with mowing once a week, and Grant is our new gutter cleaner (with supervision of course)

A Memorial Day weekend trip to the Farm!
It was cool and cloudy most of the visit....but made for some cool pictures

Will and I hiked in the Flint hills a little bit.  We saw the mighty Bison and the busy Dung Beetle
