Oatmeal, its whats for breakfast

I wanted to share my new favorite summer breakfast.  Its a cold oatmeal recipe.  I really like it because its easy and good!  You mix it up the night before so its just sitting in the fridge waiting for you in the morning.  Grant and I like to share a bowl at 5 in the morning.

Overnight Oats with Berries
1/2 Cup Oats (I use old fashioned)
1 Cup soy milk (I use almond Milk and I only use about 3/4 a cup I like it a little thicker)
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 T Honey
1/4 Cup Fresh berries (or any fresh fruit, I like strawberries, raspberries (from our yard), peaches, blueberries, blackberries, its all good!)
2 T pecans (I dont usually do this but I have and its good)

Directions:
Mix together the oats, milk, cinnamon, and honey in a bowl.  Cover and refridgerate overnight.  The next morning top with the berries and pecans.  Add additional honey if desired.
