7 months

Rex started out 7 months with a bang by crawling on his 7 month birthday. He was in the basement at Grandma and Grandpa Catrons and he saw Amelia (the dog) across the room and crawled his way over to her. His crawling has become more coordinated and faster everyday since! We made a trip to Kansas at the beginning of the month to go see Aunt Sherry and Uncle Scott get married.

Rex commerated that trip by pulling hisself up to standing on the coffee table in our living room! The next day he enjoyed pulling up to standing many times while holding onto daddy on the floor. Rex's babble has also reached a new level this month. He really has a lot to say! He also continues to be a great eater. (both in baby food and nursing) I dont think there has been a food he wont eat yet. We have been adding new foods about every 3 days. Bananas, Green Beans, Yogurt, Pears, Millet cereal, peaches....

(Rex and cousin Hannah had lots of fun together)

Rex had his best and worst Christmas ever (being his only one ever). He did great on another trip to Kansas with lots of car time and seeing lots of people. But he had so much fun Christmas day he didn't take a nap. Which by about 5pm kinda started to catch up with him.  He did enjoy helping to open presents and play with new toys.  We were in Kansas a whole week and got to spend lots of time with Grandma and Grandpa and Aunts and Uncles and cousins. As long as mommy was close by it was all a lot of fun.

I love the 7 month pics. And i love the camera fun. The coloring page edit (i dont know what else to call it) of him and the bear is adorable. I cant wait to see him crawling (and possibly walking) when I am up there this summer.
