It is hard for me to believe that Rex has already been around for 6 months. Then again it is hard for me to remember our lives without him! This month was an exciting month. We started the month off with a great doctors visit where he weighed in at 17lbs 2 oz. Then it ended badly with 4 shots and 1 by mouth! Ouch! Rex got to start eating food. He started off with Rice cereal and can now eat oatmeal, multi-grain cereal, sweet potatoes, bananas, avacado, and peas. I have been enjoying making all his own baby food. Its easy and saves lots of money! Also this month Rex learned to sit up all by his self! Will was the first one to witness him doing it but within a weeks time he was doing it all the time and is really fast and efficient at it. He also got to spend a lot of time with his cousins. Everyone was home in Greenville for an entire week. I think he had lots of fun watching all the big kids play.
