Baby Blog

I know i haven't blogged much this fall, basically since vacation. That is because since vacation every time I sit down to blog there is really only 1 think I want to write about and we just weren't quite ready to share that with the world yet. But I think the time has come to tell the world, or prepare the world that we are having a baby! I have included a picture of the moment I found out, who knew that a little stick could change your life so much! I actually took the pregnancy test towards the very end of our vacation. It was kinda wierd finding out on vacation, it almost didn't seem real when I got back home to normal life. I was like was the just a dream on vacation? But a trip to the Drs office confirmed it was for real! The good old Catron genes didn't fail me, turns out it is really easy to get pregnant!

So here I am now in my 18th week! How has the pregnancy gone so far? ummm....pretty good. I have had zero morning sickness and no other real complications. I was pretty tired in the first Trimester but I have started to get my energy back...but I hear I may loose it again in another couple of months. I have had some wierd mood swings, and acne break outs, and a few cravings, and just in the last week I am feeling the baby moving! That is cool. I wish Will could feel that too, I know some day he will be able to share in that. I am counting the days until Dec 17th when we have our first ultra sound and we can found out if it is a boy or a girl. Plus I want to see the baby and hear its heart beating and get one of those really grainy pictures and then make that my facebook profile pic! And then I can plan my theme for the nursery, and pick out a name and probably go ahead and plan their high school graduation party while I am at it! What else? um I have a tiny baby bump. I seems big to me but if you didn't know I was pregnant you probably wouldn't notice the bump. In fact i haven't told all my co-workers at work and I dont think any of them have noticed. I am excited to get some maternity clothes, cuz mine are starting to not fit. My Mom and I bought a whole bunch online (on cyber monday!) and they should all be arriving soon! Maybe a picture of the baby bump will be premiering on the blog soon.

Well that is about all for now I guess. I have known for some time maybe even since I created this blog that sooner or later it would turn into a baby blog. A place to share pictures, and stories about the baby as they grow. So if you dont like blogs where all people do it talk about their kids then you may want to unsubscribe from mine. Oh yeah one more think the due date is May 6th!
