Our corner of the dining room has been transformed into our school nook!
Which is right next to the window seat that will hold all of our other craft supplies and notebooks and other things we need.
We start school Aug 3rd. The boys have Math and Science curriculum from Master Books. We will do Science and History lessons all together. AND I have LOTS of books picked out for the year we will read aloud and use to expand things from all our subjects!
Grant with his Math and English book for the year. Poor Grant is pretty nervous/worried about home schooling. I'm praying once we start he will see what it's like and really learn to love it....and not miss public school.
The more I have researched, read, youtubed, and podcasted about homeschooling I am feeling so excited and called to do it this year, but also into the future. I hope to use this blog to chronicle some of our adventures and projects this year. Maybe I can even compile it into a year book of sorts for us at the end to the school year.
