September 2018

We kicked off September at Wing's Fest in town.  

The boys seemed to both be especially fascinated with the outdoor foot pump hand washing stations, they both washed their hands 3 times while we were there.  I asked Will if we could look into getting one at our house!

Lucy and I have been going to Puppy Class at Petco every Saturday for most of the summer.  Lucy LOVES our trainer Elise and picks up on anything new she teaches her SO quickly!  (also she is so tired when class is over she comes home and takes a HUGE nap!) Lucy took the AKC Puppy S.T.A.R test at the end of our first round of class and easily passed it.  Now we are working on our next class.  

We all really miss having Toys R Us in town.  So while it was raining non stop (seriously we got 9.5 inches of rain!) we made a trip over to St. Louis to go to the Lego store.  The boys were in heaven, and Will and I didn't mind too much either.

Well Mr. Grant made a visit to the ER.  Fell off a pillow fort onto a book shelf at bedtime (or after bedtime I should say) and split his lip open pretty good.  He only ended up with 1 stitch and was really brave through the whole experience.

 Rex got Student of the Month!  We are very proud of him, he takes school very seriously and always tries to do his best.  

GRANDMA AND GRANDPA CAME TO VISIT!!

We had a really fun weekend.   

 We went bowling and to the pumpkin patch.

We even put Grandpa to work Saturday morning with Papa Rex and Will and hauled a "new" used swing set to our house. Hopefully we can get it built sooner than later.  It was in a bit rougher shape than we realized and needs some repairing before it can be built but hopefully it wont be too long.

We are all super excited about our upcoming trip to Gulf Shores, AL over Columbus Day weekend!!
