I HAVE TAKEN A HUGE BREAK FROM WORKSHOPS. IN NOVEMBER I DID MY FIRST FREEZER MEAL WORKSHOP SINCE MAY! I did make a lot of meals in May and wow they lasted us until about August. Then I decided to remake a lot of our favorites and use up some of my product. Some of our favorites I have been remaking are the Sage Citrus Pork Chops, Kids Cheez Macaroni, Herb Grilled Chicken, Tacos (almost once a week), Mediterranean Chicken (I made about 7 of these for my FM club swap and to give as a meal for ladies in MOPs with new babies), Buffalo Chicken Sliders, just to name a few.

(update: I'm going to go ahead and post the first 6 meals, and catch the last 4 later)
I'm rating it on a 5 star rating system. 1-yuck never again. 2-OK for 1 meal but probably won't make again, 3-above average good eats, 4-delicious we all loved it and will definitely make again. And a 5 Star rating to ones that we just Loved and are new family favorites. Please leave a comment and let me know what sounded good.
Bacon Wrapped Apple BBQ Chicken
4 Stars
I had my doubts about this meal. wrapping the chicken in bacon and then putting it in the crockpot to cook, I didn't think it would work, but it turned out great and it was delicious. The chicken was very moist and flavorful with the mix of the bacon and the bbq sauce and there was also applesauce in the recipe. At the end you put the chicken on a pan and broil it for a bit to brown up the bacon, that worked pretty well the back side of the chicken the bacon was pretty soggy so next time I might try to flip the chicken and broil that too? As long as I have enough bbq sauce left I will definitely be making this one again sometime.
Garlicky Chicken
3.5 Stars
This chicken wasn't the prettiest thing to look at but it was really good. Both boys gave it thumbs up too (once I could get them to try it)
HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS
2.5 Stars
First of all this meal made A LOT! IF I made it again I would probably make a 1/2 recipe of it. It was more than we could even eat in left overs before we were all sick of it. I think I liked it the best, everyone else kinda tolerated it for a meal. I think other people might really have liked it but it wasn't a hit with my crew.
Golden BBQ Chicken Slider
3.5 Stars
The chicken was sweet and juicy and it quite good on a bun....there just seemed like there was something missing. That's because there was! I was supposed to make the Tangy Coleslaw mix to serve on top of the chicken, which would have really made it all pop and come together. Unfortunately I used up all of my Golden BBQ sauce making the coleslaw mix 2 times before already when I made the Wicked good pulled pork. (which is why I know how good it would have been). I ate this for a while as left overs and when we ran out of buns I used tortilla chips to eat it with, that was really yummy!
Pork Carnitas
4.5 Stars
First of all I really love that all the meals in this workshop are Crockpot meals. I makes it so easy to throw the bag ingredients into the crockpot at lunch and wal-ah 4-5 hours later dinner is ready! This meal was enjoyed by all 4 of us (which is rare). Grant said it was his "best meal ever" I made the suggested guacamole using just an avocado and Wildtree's Avocado mix. Then for the salsa looking bowl, it was just a can of diced tomatoes and the Chipotle Lime Rub mix. (If I made this again I might use petite diced tomatoes and drain them a little bit more or honestly just using salsa would be fine too). I will definitely make this one again, and I have quite a bit of ingredients left to remake it!

Bruschetta Chicken Pasta
4 Stars
This dish was (once again) super easy. I just had to dump it in the crockpot and let it cook. Then I boiled up some noodles and added them when it was time to eat. This meal reminded me of the Mediterranean Chicken meal I like so much. So you know I like it! But not just me everyone gave it a thumbs up. The boys were concerned about the "red things" but once they got those picked off they enjoyed it too. I will definitely make this one again and I think it would be a really good one to make for my freezer swap club or to give to someone that just had a baby because all you need at cooking time is spaghetti noodles no extra Wildtree product. (Now I just need to buy some more of the bruschetta blend!)

It's fun to see your reviews of the meals we have too! We have only tried one so far, the bacon wrapped chicken (it was good, I agree!). This week we're trying the Italian roast sandwiches (not sure exactly what they're called).
