One of the things Will and I did on our anniversary weekend was have a picnic in Forest Park. The plan was to spread out a blanket on the hill in the Grand Basin over looking the pond and fountains just below the art museum. However the weather didn't cooperate so after 20 minutes of driving around the park looking for shelter we had it in what im pretty sure is the only pavilion in Forest Park. the location wasn't what I had hoped for but the food and the company were both perfect.

This recipe was one of the things I made for the picnic. It was easy to make and it was really good. I am kind of becoming a connoisseur of Chicken Salad. I often order it at restaurants and am always keeping my eye out for a good recipe. So when I saw this one in my awesome runners world cookbook I had to give it a try. My all time favorite way to eat chicken salad is still probably my Mom's California Chicken Salad which also uses curry. (which I think I posted about on here once?) This recipe was pretty good. If I was going to do it again I might even try subbing the cranberries for fresh grapes.
Here is the recipe:

| If the cop thing doesn't work out Will could do well as a hand model I think. |
