Spring Home Improvements

Spring has officially sprung and so have the home improvements at the Rowland household.  Some of them we have been planning on doing for a while and some of them are probably getting done now because if we wait they may not get done for a long time after the baby comes.  Here are some before and after pictures of our progress.


1st-Painting the guest room....I dont think anyone will miss the Hot Wheels (well except maybe a couple of nephews I know).

Just in case anyone likes the paint color, it is Dutch Boy Refresh-the color-"Remember the Alamo"

2nd-replace the mismatched flooring in the basement with some new vinyl:                                                  

3rd-Get a new front loading high efficiency Washer/Dryer set

We also have tile on order to replace the flooring in the 2 upstairs bathrooms.  Iwill post pics when that is done, possibly as soon as next week. And we'll see what else we get done in the next few weeks.
