OKAY OKAY CHRISTMAS WASN'T COMPLETELY CANCELLED. We managed to have some fun in the month of December despite the quarantine.
The year the library ginger bread house activity we love was a pick up and make at your house version. It wasn't quite the same as being there but we still enjoyed being able to do it and having them on our table all month.
Will and I attended the Messiah in Greenville. Quite a few people Will sings with from the Christ Church choir were in it and Don our music minister was the director for it.
My Dad used his 3D printing skills to me (and half of Greenville) a Moravian Star. He not only printed it but also wired it. I love it out front and will look forward to putting it up every year!
Lucy being adorable as usual
We were also able to get in our annual tradition of the way of lights, light show and also going to Haufbauhaus to eat before!! Their cinnamon pretzel bites are SO good!!
we love feeding the animals....they seems to like it too
and then the covid hit. First Will, then Grant, then Rex
Grant and Will had 2 days alone in the basement and Grant very much enjoyed it.
Rex has been asking to help with some cooking lately. This was a fun cookie kit he and I worked on (before he tested positive)
Grant got a fun slack line obstacle course for the back yard.
On our way to Kansas!!
It was an unseasonably warm Dec 31st and we got to see quite a few animals we usually dont at the Emporia Zoo
all the cousins (except baby Ellie)
Fun playing games!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
