Even though all of June was Summer break for us, July arrived with summer heat and summer vacation, and summer fun.
The boys and I enjoyed 4th Fest weekend in Greenville.

We returned to Starved Rock and yep we still love it!!
We got an amazing HUGE cabin to stay in, (free upgrade) had fun hiking, and exploring
Next up was a trip to Holiday World and Splashn' Safari in Santa Claus, Indiana.
The boys got to write letters to Santa and mail them in the original Santa Claus, IN post office.
Did I mention they have FREE parking, FREE sodas all day, and FREE sunscreen!!

The boys are I completed a scavenger hunt around town for the 50th Anniversary of Fairview Heights.

with July coming to a close, summer is also coming to a close.
The boys will be back in School Aug 12th.
