| Goodbye hugs and kisses for Daddy |
OK so what happenend in November? Or maybe I should say what didn't happen in November? We had 80 degree days and 3 degree days, sunny days and snowy days. We had relaxing evenings at home and 24 hours of Ferguson related overtime. We hosted company and also went away for Thanksgving. (which I will blog about separately....lots of good pics!). We had the boys presented and blessed at church, we had Amelia's 10th Birthday and a party, we've had play dates and donut dates. Lots of preschool, MOPS, church, Wednesday night church, and Sunday night soccer. Over all it was a good month with lots to be thankful for.

REXIE:
Rex has kinda been a "Daddies boy" this month. And I so thrilled I couldn't be happier about it! It has been Mommy, Mommy, Mommy for 4 1/2 long years so I am more than happy to step aside and let Daddy be "THE ONE" for a while. He can hardly wait for Daddy to wake up every afternoon so they can play legos or Star Wars or Battle. He wants Daddy to sit by him every night at dinner and Daddy has to help with teeth brushing and read bedtime books and sing bedtime songs. Don't worry Mommy still gets plenty of time all morning and afternoon to do plenty too.

GRANT:
Is Grant seriously still 2? I kinda feel like he has been 2 forever! Im kinda ready for 3. Only a few more months of 2 left I guess I better enjoy them while I can. Grant really really likes the book "The Polar Express". We read it almost every nap time and bedtime all month long. It is a little bit of a longer more wordy book than his normal board books but he really sits and listens to it so I guess I need to start reading him more big boy books. The last line in the book is "and the bell still rings for me as it does for all those who truly believe". So I've probably said that like like 50 times this month and never really paid attention to it. But when we were getting ready to have our early Christmas time with the Stahr family at Thanksgiving one day when Grant woke up from his nap I showed him all the presents that we had just been wrapping. He said "Cool! Presents for all those who truly believe!" It was so cute, I guess he has been listening.
