2 Boys, 2 Videos

Ive had my camera out taking some short video clips this week so here is one of each boy.

First is Grant just being a happy guy. (He turned 4 months this week!)

Second is Rex doing a reading of Green Eggs and Ham for me.  Grandma Cindy gave him this book a couple of weeks ago and we have been reading it (at his request) every nap and bed time and sometimes in between ever since.  He is even starting to use Dr. Suess language in his everyday language.  The other day he asked me "Mommy Would you could you hold me?"  and another day we were pulling into the parking lot at Sam's Club and Rex asked "Where are we?" (one of his popular phrases) Will answered him that we were at Sam's Club to which Rex replied "Sam I am, Sam I am Green Eggs and Ham".  I have seen him go page by page and read quite a bit of the book before but I was only able to get him to read a couple pages for me on video.   Here is a brief translation of what he says so you can be listening for it.
 "You like eggs n ham?"
"I not eggs n ham"
"You like eggs n ham?"
"I do eggs n ham"
"You like Here or there"
"Not on a train"
"not in a box"
"You like eggs n ham? I dont eggs n ham."
(also you may notice a little orange bible he is playing with at the beginning and then picking back up at the end.  This is HIS BIBLE or "By-Bo" as he says he takes it everywhere with him.  He got it from Grandma Kays house about a month ago and he has pretty much been carrying it around ever since. It goes to bed with him a night and any where we go in the day.  It sits and "watches" him eat every meal and Will and I were realizing the other day that we dont see him sucking his thumb nearly as much any more we kinda think the "by-bo" it replacing it.  Im so used to him carrying it around that I didn't even notice that he had it in his hands when he got into his kiddie pool other night! Opps.  It dried out just fine and was back in hand the next day!)

Without further ado enjoy the show:

Can we watch the videos somewhere else? It says they're private. :(
